“THE GIRLS”:

Ephameron

Anna Taratiel, aka OVNI

[nggallery id=71]

“THE GIRLS”:

Ephameron lives and works in Antwerp, Belgium.
Ephemeron’s work captures quiet moments, thoughts and feelings in a combination of collage, drawing, digital prints and screen-prints. She loves to highlight the little things that go unnoticed or are easy to overlook.
She has published art in numerous international magazines and exhibits around the world. She also curates many art projects and publications, released three books of her own work and teaches at several art colleges in Belgium.

Anna Taratiel, aka OVNI, is from Barcelona, currently lives in Amsterdam and works in both places.
Taratiel’s work is dominated by colorful and abstract mental landscapes that live in the imaginary space. Using a wide range of simple materials like wood, cardboard, threat and painting she creates collages and installations that provoke an intriguing visual confusion between the two and three dimensions of space.
Anna’s work is not about abstractions but about the creation of structures and layers in a fantasy world that’s almost tactile.

Maoma, creator of Maomaland, a colorful fantasy world created to make us dream again and become free, is based in Amsterdam, developed by Italian hands and has been exhibited internationally.
Maoma works on emotions and on feelings that come from our past. It is influenced by the simple happiness that can be found in every day life.
The work is based on hand-sewn toy sculptures.
The aim is to combine arts and crafts using mostly textile materials and mixing geometrical shapes with the cuteness of characters.
Maoma ‘s creations are designed to be accessible to everyone.

Minivila
Kristina Vila aka Minivila is a multidisciplinary artist from Croatia. Her drawings come from her fashion background but tend to go much deeper in a detail and atmosphere with a touch of the art deco style. She is also a costume designer and performer, and you can tell that her drawings have a bit of self-portrait artistry.

Inna Kochkina, an artist from frozen Siberia.
She was educated in Russian classic art school, but in her works she goes deeper and combines the incompatible. She experiments as much as possible and found impossible.

Mina Hamada was born (1981) in Louisiana LA, U.S.A, grew up in Tokyo, Japan. Since September 2009 she lives and works in Barcelona, Spain.
Painting, doing murals, drawing and making picture books keeps her busy.
Her work is a game of shapes, an innocent search at unconsciousness
