In 2017, on July 1, we moved to our beautiful current location on the Marnixstraat 127, on the border of the Jordan area, in the city centre of Amsterdam.
Welcome to the GO Gallery, Oscar van der Voorn and Farud Cambatta are your hosts.
GO Gallery was founded in 1997 on the Prinsengracht, not far from our current location.
Our ambition was to create a platform for the big wave of young artists that were created in the 1990’s.
Influenced by Rap music, MTV and the Amiga computer by Commodore, a new popart culture was born.
Through the years, lots of young artists got the opportunity to show their artworks at GO Gallery, next to the works of Ronnie Wood, Herman Brood, The London Police and OBEY.
In the GO Gallery, we represent contemporary art, mainly from upcoming, promising and surprising pop- and streetart.
GO Gallery won the Dutch Street Art Awards 2016 & ’17.
We are one of the founding members of Amsterdam Street Art Foundation, ASA.
